31M getting married in October, I have two songs that are in the vein of music I’m searching for. “Thought you should know” - Morgan Wallen, “Simple Man” - Lynyrd Skynyrd. Since I’ve been a child “Simple man” was the song, but my older brother got married first and stole my song. Not against using the song too, but damn what other songs are in the same classic rock Mother/Son format. I’ve always been the maverick/wildcard, most difficult child, I’m just trying to concede that she was always right and I love and appreciate her to death.
