I think this question is a lot more curiosity based if anything. But I was having a conversation with my friends (we are all girls) and my one friend was talking about how there is this guy she met through a mutual friend and he has been showing signs that he is into her (yk the usual lingering eye contact, making excuses to spend time with her alone etc) but she’s confused because he isn’t taking it further than that. He hasn’t asked her on any official dates or even gotten her number. This conversation caused pretty much all of us to have a little bonding moment because we’ve all had very similar in terms of men showing obvious signs of attraction but never doing anything about it. I personally have no problem taking initiative if I genuinely like a guy, but there is still a part of me that wonders why? Especially if the girl is also showing you signs that she likes you.
