I’d especially love to hear from men who initially felt hesitant or unsure about committing, but eventually decided they genuinely wanted a relationship. What made the difference for you? what made you change your mind? Was it something she did, something you realized over time, or simply that you started developing stronger feelings? For context, I’ve been seeing a guy for around 3 months, and when we first started dating, he told me he wanted a relationship, we started calling each other cute nicknames and he took me on dates all the time. However, lately I’ve noticed that he seems a little more distant. He doesn’t text me as much as he used to, and he’s also stopped using the cute nicknames and affectionate language he used with me in the beginning. It’s making me wonder whether he’s simply becoming more comfortable and settling into the relationship, or whether he’s actually losing interest. I’m not looking for advice on how to make someone commit. I’m genuinely curious about what happened internally for you that made you go from “I’m not sure I want a relationship” to “I actually want to be with this person.” Thank you. submitted by /u/Vegetable-Expert-450
