My GF and I got in a nasty fight last night. I ended up leaving early. I just drove back to her place because she wanted to talk about it, and after talking a bit she gave me an ultimatum: No more new female friends unless they are mutual friends, or couples. I wanted to know what you all think about that. She gets super jealous, I don’t. That being said, we both really love + like each other. We are both in our 30s. I’ve always had lots of female friends. I’m a very emotionally available man and so it’s easier to bond with women than men a lot of the time. I view this as a trust thing. I am totally fine if she had male friends. She doesn’t. She does not view this as a trust thing. Right now, I’m just hurting. submitted by /u/volvo1
