Something that would make you seem a little weird at first. I’m not looking for your normal hobbies or the thing you’d confidently put on a dating profile. I mean the obscure obsession, strange hobby, morbid fascination, or oddly specific interest that makes people look at you a little differently when you first mention it; the kind of thing where you usually have to follow up with an explanation. Maybe it’s something most people find creepy, disturbing, useless, uncomfortable, or just plain weird. I’m curious because I’ve always had big interest for things that aren’t conventionally beautiful or appealing myself. The darker, stranger, more unsettling side of things tends to pull me in
- destruction, death, eerie places and imagery, mysteries and oddities, anything that feels a little wrong . There’s something strangely beautiful about things other people instinctively turn away from, and I love figuring out what exactly makes something unsettling in the first place. So I’m curious about the things people generally keep in the basement of their personality. Give me yours and make me get it.
