We have a cleaning guy coming to our place for the past 10+ years. We currently have him engaged via one of these providers. We really like him and would like to keep him going forward, but we are moving to another canton. Having discussed it with him, we’d like to do to hire him privately/separately (outside this provider), add another hour for travel time plus (train) expenses. What’s the correct (legal) procedure, ie contracts, insurance etc? Does anyone have any experience? submitted by /u/Original_Captain_794
