Hey guys, I have a situation where my wife keeps mentioning to me how work is too much for her and they are asking her to complete too many tasks that she is unable to fulfill. We both need our jobs due to having a lot of debt from a horrible investment a few years ago, not to mention we have a mortgage and other things to handle. The good thing is we don’t have any car notes. I currently make 115 K and she makes 80 K. I work from home as sr data analyst and she is a second year, fourth grade teacher. I’ve never had the type of problems she has had at her jobs, as all of my jobs have been in corporate settings and mainly in IT. I’ve never worked in a space where someone hovers over my shoulder to watch my work. She has stated that she’s applied to many places, but is not being contacted. I’ve asked her, let’s have a sit down to review her résumé and everything, but she doesn’t really feel like it as much when she gets home from being on her feet all day. I am stuck at a hard decision here, and I have no idea how to answer her when she brings this up. What are some pointers guys can give on this type of situation? submitted by /u/ManufacturerOk9723
