I’ve been talking to a guy for about two weeks, and we’re finally going on our first date this weekend. I’m very attracted to him, and I could definitely see myself wanting to sleep with him if the chemistry is as good in person. I’ve already told him that I’m looking for something serious, and he said he is willing to wait until I’m ready and hasn’t pressured me at all. I’m curious specifically from a man’s perspective: if you were genuinely interested in pursuing a serious relationship with a woman, would sleeping together on the first date change how you viewed her or your interest in pursuing something long-term? Or does the timing of sex not really affect whether you see someone as relationship material? submitted by /u/Upbeat_Leopard_6050
