This should be a no brainer, but your codebase influences the LLMs context and chain of thought, you can get some 5% experience and emergent behavior because of this. Comments and docs fairly influence the agents during their loops. The agent that builds you a to-do app is NOT the same agent that will wire up that crazy backend.
