Europe is already pushing cloud sovereignty policy, Pakistan is experimenting with sovereign infrastructure using ICP, and now UNDP is working with DFINITY on sovereign cloud and decentralized AI pilots. The part I found most interesting is that this isn’t really an “ICP vs AWS” argument.
