I personally use claude code a ton and it has made me much more effective in programming. I’m currently in the process of building out an agentic ai engineering team where I work, and my first 2 hires aren’t doing so well, they have a lot of bugs in their code and are really going off track on what they were asked to build. How have you guys found people who don’t just have ai do all the planning and thinking, and actually sit down and build what is needed? submitted by /u/no_user_selected
