I was almost phished for a TOA run. It has been said many times before but it needs to be said again. Do not trust random people in this game and use EXTREME caution when chatting on discord. I was AFK at the TOA bank, bored with no one to run a raid with. After about 10 minutes, a user “Gw Reforged” approached me to run some raids. After chatting for awhile, he asked to run a raid with me to which I agreed. Shortly before starting, he asked me to voice chat on discord. Once we joined the discord call, he immediately was recommending different plugins to which I was immediately sketched out about. Fast forward a few minutes of him sweet talking, he sends me a link to external plugins to add to my Runelite. I told him “no” and he immediately starting yelling, cussing and blocked me shortly after on OSRS and Discord.
