When I look in the mirror, I’m generally pretty content with what I see. But in 33 years, nobody has ever described me as “handsome”, “hot”, or any other positive descriptor of my appearance. I’ve never had a long-term relationship, average about one date per year, and women always seem visibly disinterested and/or irritated when I talk to them. All these things have made me start considering that I might actually be horrendously ugly. What are some behaviours of people around me that might support my theory? submitted by /u/Finbarr-Galedeep
