Disclaimer - Together 16 years, married 13 years, 3 kids and not looking to be unfaithful. Wife has been going through the throes of perimenopause and while I love her dearly she is very much in the ‘don’t fucking touch me’ part of it. I am fully supportive of her needs and do not pressure her or ask for sex or any favours at all. I’ve told her multiple times that if she ever feels like something that she can come to me whenever, but until she is ready I won’t ask. I tell her I love her and she is beautiful regularly. Meanwhile, I’m in my ‘come here and let me get my hands on you’ decade. It’s got me feeling ALL sorts of feelings about a lot of things. Other men who have been through this, how did you manage?
