Hi all, Im not sure where to turn at this point so i thought this would be my last shot at getting access back to my account thats 17 years old. Would appreciate any help or guide. I never switched to Jagex Account and i still log in using my legacy username. I have a recovery email.
- my account was locked due to suspicious activity.
- I reset my password successfully using the email associated with my account.
- i got locked out again within a day or maybe less.
- I tried resetting my password again and this time it forced me to recover my account.
- I provided my all 3 of my previous passwords ( i can provide more, but theres no option to add more)
- my linked email address where i receive notifications/reset requests.
- I provided recovery question answers.
- i provided multiple transaction ids of buying bonds, memberships that go back to rs3 all the way back to 2012. I have so many transaction ids and proof, i couldnt even provide alot of them because of the character limit
- i provided previous email addresses i used on the account.
- i provided my previous usernames, zip codes where i lived and moved.
- i have dozens of screenshots from my runelite auto screenshot and i also have my videos and pics of my rs3 days. I have a rs3 maxing video. What i dont have: the exact date and month my account was created in back in or around 2008-2009. I try my best guess but is this question related to my osrs account or rs3 account. I dont know what internet provider i used 17 years ago when i was still a minor. If this information i provided to jagex is not enough, i dont know what is. I tried live chat, and got no help at all apart from saying there is nothing they could do. The email responses after recovery feel automated but im not even sure.
