I was connecting onto the EuroCity in Spiez to Bern today and it was indefinitely delayed due to carriage issues. However, BLS got a replacement train for the journey which even arrived early in Bern. What amazing coordination and thank you to the employees who made it happen. submitted by /u/funky_galileo
