Remote Control and SSH both answer the first question: can I get back into the Claude Code session? Once Claude reports that a change is done, phone review can turn the transcript, changed files, actual diff, test output, browser preview, and docs into a sequence of tab switches. The connection works, but the verification context can still fall apart. A dedicated display host is one possible comparison. With an INAIR Pod paired with supported display glasses, the plausible layout is one streamed workstation for the IDE and diff, with a local browser, terminal/SSH session, and docs beside it. That would not fix Remote Control sync, permissions, or context issues, and a preview on remote localhost would still need a LAN address or tunnel. It also means carrying glasses, another battery-powered device, a cable, and probably a keyboard. An iPad or a small laptop is the obvious simpler answer. Phone Remote Control plus notifications may also be enough if the goal is only to approve the next step. For people who actually supervise Claude Code away from a desk: which surfaces need to be visible at the same time before you trust a change?
