I have really gotten into Saunas since living in Switzerland. Took a bit to get used to at first (the textile frei) but a few years on and I find it great for my mental health to sweat it out, and even enjoy the natural part of it. I’ve been trying to expand my experience a bit and curious where people’s favourites are ? I like a mixture of relaxation / peacefulness, but then also enjoyed a party sauna Aufgusse style with heat cranking to max. (Some Aufgusse being much better than others). So far I’ve been too: Burgenstock (a few times) A Resort in Austria that’s focused on wellness which I’ve been back to a couple of times Lindau Therme (de) - was alright but it would be difficult on colder/wet days as it’s not that big indoors (lake was a bit underwhelming too). Badeparadies (de) - was a bit hectic, but was an experience Aquabasilea for the XXL event on the weekend - it was ok, but quite an older crowd, mixed Aufgusse - some good, some pretty avg. And a couple of other random hotels What’s folks experience ? Best recommendations / experiences. I was thinking maybe Tamina Therme or Sole Uno I should check out.
