I was on Max 5x, hit my limit, then upgraded to Max 20x expecting the higher limit to kick in right away. Got charged for the upgrade but my usage stayed completely maxed out like nothing changed. Support bot basically admitted the upgrade should take effect immediately, but says it can’t check my account or escalate it to anyone who can. Has to be the most useless bot which is so ironic lol. Has anyone else had this happen? If so how did you get it fixed? Been about 10 hours and still no fix. I have logged out and in, tried to see if there was any update, have tried on desktop, browser, terminal. I really don’t want to have to talk with my bank. submitted by /u/xReMaKe
