Good morning Was anyone here also a victim of a cancelled SWISS flight on the 28.08.2026? Our flight to GOT (from ZRH) was firstly delayed by 1 hour due to the weather and then cancelled due to a problem with the aircraft. Atleast that’s what the pilot said. I don’t remember the exact words but he said there is a “cosmetic problem” with the cargo door and the airport crew is checking it. Some minutes later he announced that they denied the takeoff due to this problem and we had to leave the aircraft. In the cancellation email from SWISS they state they couldn’t process the flight due to the weather. I still made a claim even though knowing that SWISS usually denies claims. What are my chances if I claim this via BAZL or FOCA? submitted by /u/Ducks_25
