Ordered a tire on Reifendirekt.ch but they don’t get back to my tickets (already opened 3). I am not able to talk to any human and the AI bot is useless. What can I do? Tire has been shipped on 21.08.26, should have arrived at 31.08.26, today is 03.09.26 and I still don’t have my tire. Is there any way I can reach someone at Reifendirekt?
