Currently on Max x5. My problem is not weekly limits. It’s session limits. It somehow feels wrong that I paid for a weekly limit but then get constantly capped every 5 hours. When using Opus 5 it rarely reaches the limit, but I’ve found that the intelligence between Opus 5 and Fable 5/5.1 is so drastic that I end up spinning up Fable as an orchestrator and then it delegates everything to Opus 5 (coding especially). I’m very specific about prompting, context windows and how many subagents it can generate, so it doesn’t burn through my limits, but it’s not enough. It does feel like I’ve been hitting these limits much quicker recently. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t like this a month ago. Even when Fable 5 was released, I feel like I could use it much more on the same subscription tier? But it might be me going crazy idk. Is Max x5 just becoming an unviable option for coding projects? Either way I want to ask if anyone has some tips on not hitting the session context so quickly. Thanks. submitted by /u/mystery84
