I am talking about maintenance, the renewal fund, administration costs, heating, water. I am asking because I found a 2.5 50m2 in the Lugano region, but the monthly maintenance costs (gardens and swimming pool included) are around 600 chf, and the renewal fund is increasing because they want to renovate the roof and other stuff, which will cost around 1.5 mio ( the residence is old, built in 1970).
