Which one of the Big 3 is best bang for buck for coding? I’m talking about ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. I’m a senior level software engineer and I have a project in mind that would normally take a small team to build (backend, web frontend, Android and iOS apps, etc). At the same time I don’t have the budget to pay for top tier of all 3 subscriptions, so I’m looking for the best bang for buck one. So far I’ve worked with ChatGPT and Gemini (on and off though never on large scale), but not yet Claude. From what I have gathered from reading people’s feedback, at least for the time being, Claude is the best for coding. Gemini and ChatGPT are either equal or ChatGPT is better of the two. The problem with Claude as I understand it is very low quota compared to the competition. For the time being I have narrowed my choices down to: Gemini top tier subscription - with it through Antigravity I also get access to Claude although with very questionable quota limits. With current ongoing 3 month promotion this is the cheapest option. Claude top tier subscription. Again, quota limits are the main concern. Any thoughts and ideas on the subject are welcome. submitted by /u/CodeDominator
