One thing I’ve learned building AI products: A demo can be built in a day. A production AI system is completely different. You need: → Evaluation → Observability → Guardrails → Cost controls → Fallbacks → Monitoring → Human-in-the-loop → Good data The prompt is only one small part of the system.
