I’m constantly worried about my future, often times so bad it’s hard for me to take a step back and enjoy the good. I almost always have some form of decision paralysis because what if things go wrong? My wife and I are buying a house, and selling the current home after, which is awesome! But I’m paralyzed, because what if it doesn’t sell fast enough? What if I can’t fix everything wrong with it? What if I lose my job during this process? What if the appraisal comes back for less than the loan and we start over? These are merely an example (and true!) but it’s every day life for me, and I can’t seem to shake it. I go to therapy. I take Wellbutrin. How do you guys accept things and go with the flow? submitted by /u/aarongdl
