Hi all, I have a neighbour who is smoking weed and its so intense its literally entering my apartment. My girlfriend is asthmatic and we also dont want this disgusting smell in our apartment. It literally gives me throwback feeling of living in Italy when my flatmate was literally a drug dealer. Is this allowed in switzerland? My understanding is that smoking weed is legal in your own apartment but there are some limitations when it starts to affect neighbours?
