I was simply thinking of doing memory different for my harnesses and it started to feel …too powerful. Employee Monitoring has existed for quite a while, but usage of this with more complex roles would not always translate too well in the past and it was easier to simply improve employee satisfaction for productivity and retention. That formula definitely doesn’t hold anymore right? If you simply track one’s prompts, skills/tools and how they use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, etc. You can easily build enough data to fine tune small Open weights LLMs to do a lot. Even if companies resist this based on conscience, there will many that don’t. And ROI will make it the norm. Feels like AI isn’t just gonna the rich richer, but also make it much easier to cross a lot of moral lines… submitted by /u/zephyr_33
