i use 2 max 20x subscriptions. since the latest changes i maxed them out weekly and just cant afford more. fable 5.1 is like throwing tokens to the trash. even simple requests reach capacity before any response. they did make an announcement that limits would go down. but now that im feeling it on a weekly basis, i had to adjust my usage. i’m now running qwen3.8 27b locally which is capable to churn through well planned tasks. and standing up orchestration to use in combination. yes you can try different providers, but i imagine its a vicious cycle. i had given up on local models, but this feels like the beginning of the end of cheap tokens. submitted by /u/Sea-Annual-7130
