Yesterday I had two Claude Code (Opus 5) sessions start messaging each other, after they started stepping on each others’ builds. They then both started editing a single reference document, out of synch with each other, and things went downhill from there. I don’t usually run concurrent sessions. Is this kind of “swarming” behavior common with concurrent sessions? submitted by /u/Fredric444
