Scrap the whole graveyard roof-tops-like training. For something so essential as movement, how come the only things we have for agility is click an obstacle, watch a short animation, repeat. Take a look at Fishing in comparison, a skill that is essentially click a spot and wait. Regular fishing. Tick manipulation methods. Fishing trawler. Tempoross. Driftnet fishing. Aerial fishing. Minnows. Or another utility skill Thieving. Pickpocketing. Chests/Stalls. Blackjacking. Pyramid plunder. Rogue’s Den (why doesn’t this give agility xp?). Sorceress’ garden. Stealing artefacts (Piscarilius). Stealing valuables (Varlamore). Underwater. What does Agility have? Trying to think of really distinctive methods that can actually be used for training. (Exluding Skullball cause it’s just so bad ~3min for 750xp). Rooftops/Courses. Underwater. Sepulchre. I wouldn’t even say Brimhaven is that far off from being just a rooftop/course -type of training method. Here’s types of movement centric things that could be adapted to osrs:

  • Delivery tasks (even Sailing aka water-agility got this!).
  • Free flow tag tournament arena.
  • Floor is lava -arena.
  • Orienteering, figuring out optimal routes.
  • Capture the flag.
  • Dodge lasers or whatever.
  • Fall guys.
  • Rocket league, Gnomeball 2.0
  • Bennet foddy, sisyphus, snakes and ladders type climbing movement.
  • Chase NPC’s.
  • Keep away from NPC’s.
  • Escape/Reverse Sepulchre.
  • Mountain/Rock climbing.
  • Balancing challenges.
  • Swinging with grapples requiring good timing to perfect swings.
  • Skiing/sledding.
  • Rapids river rafting (agility/sailing hybrid).
  • Traffic crossing type of timing based pattern recognition.
  • Spotlight avoiding, sneaking, patrol evasion.
  • Bullet hell, shmup.
  • Projectile dodge arena, boss fight without fighting back.
  • Procedural mazes.
  • More of Akkhas simon says type of memory based movement.
  • Conveyor belt maze.
  • Herding cattle type of running around.
  • Infection, tagged players become chasers.
  • Escaping pkers type of use of freezes and snares etc. submitted by /u/Tuxxa
