After talking to a lot of teams about this, the only thing I have seen actually work is keeping the change small enough that a human can still read it end to end. 300 lines, 500, whatever your team can get through without lying about it. The problem is that this caps Claude at one person’s reading speed, which is the exact thing it was supposed to fix, so you end up paying for something you then have to slow down on purpose. Has anyone here gone past that? Not reviewing faster, but actually taking bigger changes without pretending you read them all. submitted by /u/Late_Wave_5600
