Imagine a lab where experienced researchers could contribute a “work-related copy” of themselves to a shared AI: their knowledge, experimental skills, ways of approaching problems, and the judgement they’ve developed over years of research. Other people in the lab could then work with this AI to design experiments, troubleshoot problems, and discuss ideas. When someone leaves or retires, their expertise would still be available. New members could keep adding their own knowledge and skills as they gain experience, so the system would grow with the lab. Ideally, it could combine different people’s strengths and help everyone work more efficiently. Do you think this could be achievable? submitted by /u/Physical_Crow5831
