I have simple instructions in the CLAUDE.md file, mainly around communication style. In the system prompt, I have also clearly specified how summaries and status updates should be structured. Whenever it gives a task summary, code review summary, or status update, I want the information grouped into relevant categories such as bugs, concerns, design flaws, general information, and code changes, with clear pointers where needed. Instead of doing that, it keeps going back to long paragraphs and presenting everything in chronological order. It does not separate the information into categories, does not use clear pointers, and seems to forget these instructions repeatedly. submitted by /u/doperdexx
