We literally started rebuilding Burgh de Rott during the questline, then apparently decided that fixing a furnace and plugging a hole in the roof was good enough. The place is still an absolute shithole. Why not turn it into a proper long-term piece of content where the player gradually rebuilds and manages the town? It could involve a bunch of existing skills: Construction materials to rebuild houses, shops and town facilities Smithing / Crafting to make materials, tools and upgrades Fishing / Farming / Cooking to keep the villagers supplied with food Combat to defend the town from vyres or random attacks Agility could even get a new rooftop course, except you have to actually rebuild the rooftops first As the town improves, you could unlock new NPCs, shops, shortcuts, activities or small conveniences. It would also be a nice item and GP sink. Higher-tier upgrades could require large amounts of planks, bars, stone, supplies and money. Most importantly, it would give Construction something meaningful to do outside of repeatedly renovating your own house. Burgh de Rott already has the perfect setup for this. It’s a broken-down town full of people you’re supposed to be helping, but once the quests are finished, you basically abandon them and come back occasionally for Temple Trekking. Let the players turn this swamp dump into the Varrock of Morytania. submitted by /u/Radiant-Scene-5171
