Whenever I ask a chatbot for a joke, the first one is usually pretty good. Then I ask “Is this from the internet?” and they admit yes. So I tell them to make one up themselves without using any existing jokes. The results are almost always terrible, forced, nonsensical, or just not funny at all. I think the ability to create genuinely original humor should be one of the measures for AGI. submitted by /u/ShenZhen00
