That’s invocation, not engineering. Exponentials give two windows: too early or too late. Leahy: 30% superintelligence by 2027, 50% by 2030. “1% already happened.” Superintelligence is copyable software. Millions of agents competing for power. Humans = ants on a highway. Alignment: “We have no idea how to do this.” Unsolved science, not hard engineering. The blocker isn’t disagreement — it’s ignorance. Politicians/military all say: “Had no idea.
