Someone made an AI app that allowed users to scan municipal road ways for defects put the municipality on legal notice then gave other drivers alerts when they hit a defect to auto file a claim against the municipality and collect money in mass. Once the claim money was received the original defect finder gets 10% of the winnings. Anyone want to help me build it? submitted by /u/InvestigatorIll3928
