I have an offer for $3 more an hour and a Monday-Thursday schedule with optional OT available on Fridays. Company seems like a good place. Only downside is my commute to work will go from 10 minutes to 40 minutes. Definitely the longest commute to work I would ever have had. I also will be going back to day shift.
