How do you handle angry feelings? What usually causes them? Do your angry thought patterns always turn into feelings, or are you able to rationalize them appropriately? (define appropriate for yourself?) Have angry feelings/thoughts ever led you to violence or other irrational behaviors? Maybe they led you to doing something that could have harmed others (and you were lucky if it didn’t)? Would you consider yourself short-tempered? If so, how has it affected your life? More importantly, how has it affected your relationships? Can you acknowledge any harm brought into past or present partners? Or maybe it impacted friends, kids, coworkers, neighbors, strangers, etc What did you do out of anger, that you would do differently now? When did your anger issues start? Do you know what caused them? Do you usually take it out on a specific person? What has helped you overcome short-tempter issues? What made them worse? Please feel free to answer as many or as little of these. I’m trying to learn here. Thank you. submitted by /u/NewspaperExotic8791
