am i the only one that gets irrationally pissed whenever claude says “let me look at the documentation” or “codebase” or whatever the hell “rather than guess it” or “rather than make assertions” like… yes? why would you ever guess something? I’m so confused what the hell Claude is doing anymore these days. I strictly ever work with Fable or Opus, I think sonnet ever only gets used when Fable/Opus dispatches subagents. Opus before 5 never said anything like this before, since 5, and how long has it been now, it’s just making guesses and assertions at every turn. this is half rant/half question post. am i seeing claude saying this every single time because of my claude.md , like should i explicitly make it clear never to guess? i would have imagined thats a given, an obvious statement taking up lines in claude.md file submitted by /u/ordosalutis
