I’ve washed and dealt with enough men’s underwear to now ask this question. How? Is it poor quality of underwear? Is it the itching or adjustment of the penis? Like what is it? Socks i get because you wear them them but I don’t get underwear. And sometimes its not in one particular place but its holes in random places.
