The question I am currently asking myself is how to get out of hospitality in order to finally stop working weekends. Key facts: 7 years of experience as an F&B Manager, and 4 years before that as a Restaurant Manager. Training: certified hotel management professional. ( Hotelfachmann) How can one move forward from here? What kind of training or jobs that allow a lateral entry would you recommend?
