I had assumed that the answer would be an easy ‘Yes’, and that scrabble would be significantly easier than chess or go. But then I heard about Nigel Richards - a truly dominant human player that wins multiple championships in languages he does not speak. I’ve read multiple claims that he regularly ‘outplays’ scrabble computer engines. This sounds hard to believe, but perhaps someone here might have some context! submitted by /u/zuilserip
