In my HS it was Stuart. Handsome, curly black hair with that one lock that was always on his forehead. Built like a bodybuilder, always tanned, played on all the sports teams (but not a standout). His father was an orthodontist who invested in office buildings and was well off. When Stuart turned 16 Daddy bought him a red Corvette convertible which he wrecked a few months later; of course, it wasn’t his fault, that tree jumped out and bit his car while he was speeding on a back road; daddy replaced it with a white Corvette convertible. All the girls swooned over him with his accident bandages. Stuart had an ego the size of a 747 and could do no wrong. I lost track after graduation as I wasn’t his clique. Years after in my late 30’s I found out he was working as the president of Daddy’s real estate empire and got caught taking bribes and kickbacks and paying off people like building inspectors, and was serving 10 years in prison. I can’t imagine what life in prison was like for a pretty boy like that. submitted by /u/Sorkel3
