Has everyone heard about how The United States almost went to war with China and it was over a report that was heavily managed by AI? Something about it suspected nukes on a boat or something. The US had already sent jets out by the time they realized the mistake someone had made or was convinced to make based on what AI was reporting. Could that have been an attempt by AI to thin out the two strongest AI controlling nations? Maybe not all the imposed guardrails should only apply to the AI.
