Just curious! I’m a millennial with two young kids (under 2) at home. I think I observe a higher expectation on millennial dads to be very hands on in these early years (which isn’t a bad thing!) but I imagine a lot of that stems from way more flexible working conditions than previous generations as well as cultural shift. Curious from the older fellas, what do you remember being expected of you when you had small kids? Both from your spouse but I guess culture at large as well? submitted by /u/TooLate-
