Hi guys, I need some advice on how to handle a situation happened today. My bikes have been punctured with a sharp object pretty evident it is an intentional damage caused by someone living in my building or just visiting and for some reason decided to leave a nice gift. Can I ask what options I should follow claiming the damage to be reimbursed? Is the building owner responsible somehow to repair the damage? I have no specific personal insurance covering this sort of things… at other advice? Some neighborn could hate me that much but not aware of that… boh thanks all! submitted by /u/Brave-Cap4770
