Hey all! I kept running a few Claude Code sessions at once and never knowing which one was done or waiting on me. So I built a small free app for it. Claude Watch puts every Claude Code session in your Mac menu bar.
- Five states at a glance: idle, working, needs you (permission prompt or question), done, failed
- One click for the full list: every session by chat name and project folder
- Click a row to jump straight to that exact tab or window (Termina, IDE windows, etc…)
- Light on your Mac: no polling, 0.0% idle CPU
- Private: no network access, no account, no telemetry
- Easy setup: installs its own Claude Code hooks on first launch, merges into your existing settings (nothing overwritten, backed up first, reversible)
