Hey guys I’m in quite a dilemma. I’m currently in three job-application processes, all in Bern, let’s call them 1. 2. and 3. I had the one and only interview for 3. today and i had the second (and last) interview for both other positions on thursday. Both positions on thursday told me they’re gonna get back to me at the start of this week and the one today told me they’re gonna get back to me on friday. I want the job number 3. by far the most, followed by job 2. and then 1. But most of all, I need one of these jobs. When offered the job number 1., do you guys think I should ask for time to think about it or is this frowned upon and could lose me the job for disinterest? I would feel scummy accepting the job and then later having to decline it after all if I was offered job number 3. They’re all paid about the same and are pretty similar level white collar jobs. TL:DR, Is it ok in Switzerland when offered a job after multiple interviews to ask for time to think about it, to stall because i might get a better offer later this week?
